What we did to Deal with Covid-19

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, a lot of companies are closing their offices and letting their employees work at home. However, companies need to keep on working and satisfy customer needs at times like these. Especially in Armada-IT, where we provide Business Solutions for SOHO to Large Enterprises. Therefore, it is risky for us to pause operations since we need to provide solutions daily.

Working from Home

Thus, we decided to deal with COVID-19 while operating through proper measures as advised by the government. Only 25% of our employees are working in the office, while the rest are Working From Home (WFH). This helps reduce the number of people allowed in one cluster according to Covid-19 protocols. The ones who are working in the office are following regulations such as wearing masks at all time in the office.

Temperature Checks

Before entering the office, every employee makes sure to sanitize their hands by using the hand sanitizer provided. We also conduct daily temperature checks through our BXTF-19 (thermal and face recognition) attendance system to make sure our employees are healthy. Employees enter and mark their attendance in the office through an RFID card and their face recognition which also checks their temperature. At the same time, they need to be wearing their masks for the thermal and face recognition machine to accept their attendance. In a pandemic situation like this, BXTF-19 is definitely helpful for office employees so that they can keep their distance, keep their masks on, check their temperature and also mark their attendance all at once.

Following Health Protocols

Accordingly, we also sanitize our office through disinfectants to make sure our environment is clean and safe from virus. We also keep our distance, with our tables being at least 1.5m from each other. Additionally, our break times are broken down so that only 3 people are allowed to eat lunch and sit at our dining table at once.

We always ensure our employees have proper nutrients, eating home cooked meals and vitamins daily. We also make sure that our employees do not leave their house or the office unless necessary, in order to keep a safe distance from people. Lastly, as much as possible, we offer solutions REMOTELY, so that we can still help our customers with their problems swiftly and properly. This not only ensures the safety of our employees but also to our fellow customers alike.
